John Hunter · Consulting & Executive Advisory

Leadership that connects
the whole business.

I have worked alongside CEOs and executive teams to translate strategy into operational plans, lead multidisciplinary teams, and guide organizational change.

I’ve worked with organizations ranging from 70 people to several thousand. My experience includes building and leading multidisciplinary teams, improving workflows through automation, managing executive client relationships, and leading across operations, marketing, and human resources.

That breadth shapes my consulting approach: understand how the parts of the business work together, identify the real constraint, and help the team act on it.
