COMMON QUESTIONS

A little clarity
before we talk.

What to expect from a consulting or executive advisory engagement.

Who do you work with?

Owners, CEOs, and leadership teams looking for support with operational complexity, growth, transformation, or organizational performance. My career experience includes organizations ranging from 70 people to several thousand, with particular relevance to service and technology-enabled businesses, client-facing organizations, and multi-location operations.

What is the difference between advisory and fractional COO support?

Advisory focuses on counsel, decisions, and leadership guidance. Fractional COO support adds deeper involvement in operating cadence, team alignment, and execution. The responsibilities and time commitment are defined for each engagement.

Can you help with a specific project?

Yes. A project partnership can focus on a process improvement, system implementation, organizational change, client experience initiative, or another defined operating priority.

How are fees determined?

Fees are based on the agreed scope, complexity, duration, and level of involvement. An initial conversation helps establish what support is needed before an engagement and fees are proposed.

Do you offer remote or on-site support?

We can discuss remote collaboration and any on-site requirements when defining the engagement. Location, availability, and travel expectations are agreed in advance.

What should I prepare for an introductory conversation?

A brief description of your business, your main priority, what is getting in the way, and what success would look like. There is no need to prepare a full presentation.

Does this include legal, investment, or tax advice?

The practice focuses on business operations and executive leadership. Legal, investment, tax, and other regulated advice should come from appropriately qualified professionals.
